I've been working with Sheri since January of this year and she has been amazing!! The application process was easy and Sheri ... is really good with responding to emails & answering any questions I may have had & just very pleasant to talk to. I just moved in this past weekend and I absolutely love my apartment and the location couldn't be any better! Great Apartment
We lived in a 3 br apartment for a year and were truly delighted. Had we not been house hunting we would have stayed for ... much longer. The apartments themselves are nicely maintained and renovated, the maintenance staff is friendly, accommodating, and prompt. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and unlike other apartment complexes I've lived in were even friendly during move out. If I could change one thing, I wish that more of the buildings had sidewalks, but overall it was still a great place to walk around and we enjoyed the nature trail connecting the two complexes. Great place to live
I moved into my apartment just over a month ago and have loved living here! Parking: Plenty of space for both my wife's ... car and mine. Parking stalls are wide enough that cars are easily parked with enough space on either side to enter and exit the vehicle without bumping the car in the next stall. I have not been here in the winter to experience snow removal, but from my encounter with the management here at Springford, I image there will not be any problems in the winter with snow removal. Amenities: My unit has new carpet, recently painted walls, garbage disposal, washer/dryer in unit, and updated kitchen appliances. The two ceiling fans and accent wall color provided are aesthetically pleasing. There is great lighting and large windows. The patio is a great size and opens to a landscaped area rather than directly into the parking lot which is perfect for outdoor reading, tv watching, and eating. The pool, gym, community center, nature hike, pool, and tennis court are kept in great condition. I find myself using these facilities more than I originally expected. Maintenance: The couple of items I needed fixed at move in were completed the next day. 4/5 stars only because a minor maintenance issue needed to be completed a second time Staff: I would've given 6 stars if I could've. Friendly, approachable, eager to make life at Springford a fantastic experience! Value: While the rent initially is on the higher side, when quality, amenities, and location are factored in, it's actually a great deal! Location: The complex is located in a great location close to shopping, dining, and quick freeway access, but adequate distance from the hustle and bustle that usually coincides with heavily populated/ trafficked areas. Noise: I rarely, if ever, hear my upstairs neighbor. 4/5 because the front door/ wall does allow some noise from the shared courtyard, more than I would've expected, but not enough to be concerned. Second time around living here. It's been a week and I am loving it already. Springford is ideal in safety & location.Great complex!
Moved to the area 12 yrs ago, and lived at Springford for 12 yrs! I initially lived on Hampton Hill for a few years, neighbors ... changed frequently, and felt uncomfortable. I contacted the office and they were so helpful and relocating me within the complex. They even arranged for moving of my personal things. The summers are perfect at the pool, met lots of people. The maintenance men are fast, efficient and so friendly, especially Steve. Occasional issues with parking because of visitors. I know there is security, but I don't see them too often. The apartment itself is upgraded, great size, new appliances, and lots of closet space. Great views from my deck and love sitting out there in the spring and summer. Not much noise either. First Impressions
As a potential home, I do approve of this lovely facility. My tour began in the main office where details where discussed; ... then onto the varias vacancy; I felt deeply impressed with the one-bedroom model which had accented paint in the living room; my other concerns were windows, I found plenty in this model and the room was very bright; plenty of closets and a washer and dryer. I especially appreciate that the staff knows everyone and they are kind and respectful.
Springford has the best staff of all the apartment complexes I have been to.
I would recommend Springford to co-works and friends, especially military families moving into the area.
