Pet Policy

We allow up to two pets per apartment, either cats or dogs. There is a $30 monthly pet fee per pet, as well as a non-refundable pet fee of $300 due at move-in. Please note that the following breeds and their mixes are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids, and American Staffordshire Terriers.
